CUSTOMER CARE

Delivery & Returns

Delivery attempts

If the recipient refuses the delivery, access to the address is restricted, or nobody can be reached, the order may be returned to our workshop. A new delivery attempt may require an additional fee. Fresh and custom-prepared items cannot be resold after an unsuccessful attempt.

Seasonal substitutions

Flowers are natural and seasonal. A flower, colour, vase, wrapping or accessory may be replaced with an equal or higher-value alternative when unavailable. The overall design, colour balance and value will be preserved as closely as possible.

Returns and withdrawal

Fresh flowers, cakes, food products, personalized gifts and made-to-order arrangements are perishable or customized. Returns and the standard right of withdrawal generally do not apply after preparation begins, except where mandatory consumer rights apply.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered, contact us as soon as possible with the order number and clear photographs. After review, we may offer replacement, redelivery, store credit or refund as appropriate.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact support immediately if you need to cancel. A full cancellation may be possible only before sourcing or preparation begins. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; the receiving bank determines when the credit appears.
