What Is Your Return Policy?

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and personalized arrangements, returns are not accepted once the product has been prepared or delivered.

However, if there is any concern regarding your order, please contact us immediately. Customer satisfaction is always our priority.

Is Same-Day Delivery Possible?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed within our daily cut-off time.

Availability may vary depending on the district and selected time slot. For urgent deliveries, placing your order early in the day is recommended.

How Does the Delivery Process Work?

If you are unsure about the recipient’s full address, our team can assist by contacting them discreetly to confirm delivery details.

In cases where the address information is incomplete, we verify availability and suitable timing directly with the recipient.

If we are unable to reach the recipient on the delivery day, we will attempt to contact you. Should both parties be unreachable, the order will be returned to our shop.

Please note that custom-prepared floral arrangements are not eligible for return once prepared.
